Drawing on the themes of connectivity, interaction, gathering and adaptivity, I explored varied options for co-housing. By combining current models of co-housing, and more traditional housing developments, a less involved program for co-living can be formed while still maintaining ideas of participation, shared amenity and resident management. With limited affordable housing available in Seattle, this network addresses economic resilience and in turn, social resilience.
